CHANGES TO MY STUDY PROGRAMME Today, I will write about the changes I would do to my study programme. The first year in my study programme, begun with general courses, such as climatology, edafology, bio-physics , etc. But as the course goes forward, starts to appear a lot more of mathematics and statistics courses than environment sciences or plants related. I like that in the first year there are a lot of field work, so we had to go out of the city at least four times. But, again, as the courses goes forward, the frequency is a lot less. The infrastructure of my Faculty is very small. We have a one floored department with three classrooms and two computer’s room. Because of it, the Faculty has to rent some classrooms to the Faculty next door. Beside of the old equipment that we often use, neither the locomotion and techniques are not very updated. I think it is because we are a small Faculty compared with the rest of the University, so by being it, it receives a ...

Processes and interactions of vegetative formations: In this term, the subject I liked the most was Processes and Interactions of Plant Formations. The main teacher was Alvaro Promis. Classes were quite dense and I had to stay focused while the teacher was explaining the topics to keep in time. What I loved of it was that this course has the aim for us to identify and analyze the processes and mechanisms (biotic and abiotic) that determine the composition, structure, ecology, distribution, diversity and dynamics of plants, mainly in forest formations. Accordingly, we will understand about ecology topics, development and productivity of plant formations, and populations and interactions in plant communities. This was the subject that I have liked the most of all the rest because it is the only that is more oriented in work field than them. I can easily identify the topics learned by just looking any type of vegetation. This year, we had a fiel...
